Mailtime! Russia and Qatar

Here's two postcards for today's post, first from the oldest town of Siberia, Russia, TOMSK. it was founded more than 400years ago. It is famous for old wooden houses. Thanks a lot Maria! i love postcard of houses!

Tomsk (Russian: Томск) is a city and the administrative center of Tomsk Oblast, Russia, located on the Tom River. One of the oldest towns in Siberia, Tomsk celebrated its 400th anniversary in 2004. Population: 522,940 (2010 Census preliminary results). Tomsk is divided into four city districts: Kirovsky, Leninsky, Oktyabrsky, and Sovetsky. Tomsk is located about 20 kilometers (12 mi) southeast of the town of Seversk, a major center of plutonium production and reprocessing and uranium enrichment. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tomsk)

from Doha, Qatar
and another one from good friend Chekai of Doha, Qatar (big hugs Chekai!). on the postcard is the water pots fountain at the Corniche. this is my first postcard from Qatar too.

Doha (Arabic: الدوحة‎, ad-Dawḥa or ad-Dōḥa, literally: "the big tree") is the capital city of the state of Qatar. Located on the Persian Gulf, it had a population of 998,651 in 2008, and is also one of the municipalities of Qatar. Doha is Qatar's largest city, with over 80% of the nation's population residing in Doha or its surrounding suburbs, and is also the economic centre of the country.
